  These guys are AMAZING!! I have never had such great service at any cell phone retailer. They go above and beyond for their customers. Very friendly, really helpful... Just all around wonderful. Even though I didn't have insurance on my V10 (bootloop issue) they still helped me figure out my next steps. Most of the retailers I have had past experience with always told you that you're f***ed if you don't have insurance. They spent 15-20 mins trying to help me find my original receipt, via their systems, so I could send my phone to LG, but had no luck. After going through the headache of finding out there was no other options for me but to get another phone. They were very helpful, really patient with my 1,000 questions, and were not pushing any "upsells" (and it was end of day). I would like to send a HUGE thank you, to the 2 guys that worked with me throughout this whole ordeal on 10/22/2017.

  I'll drive the 40min just to get this customer service, friendly faces, and my customer service was bomb, and may I add although all seem quite polite, and customer friendly Bryan ROCKED!! My wife may write her own review but we both loved the friendly service we got!!
